This article will demonstrate how to acquire family ID in the form of video.There are 2 different methods for the circumstances of ready state and busy state.
1.When drive gets readiness,please directly click “Auto-identification”.
2.When drive gets busy,please select “Bootcode mode” and click “Auto-identification” to acquire family ID.This mode requires proper connection and right selection of serial port in software. Via “Serial Port Switch” you will be able to select serial port channel.
Attention：When encountering wrong serial port connection or wrong selection of COM port in software, program needs to wait for timeout time’s ending.Then users are able to operate.
