As MRT has stopped updating and supporting the old version of MRT Pro.(old double-layer two-port card) ,in order to protect the rights of MRT Pro old card users, combined with the actual situation of MRT company, after research, it will carry out MRT Pro (old double-layer two-port card) hardware limited time promotion activities, the activity plan is as follows:

2. Upgrade requirements: Users can only perform the upgrade by contacting the MRTcompany, and provide the correct MRT card number and its associated MRT username account when upgrading the hardware card.

3. Due to the theft of the customer card, the old card is sold as a new card, the agent violates the rules, the second-hand card transaction disputes frequently occur, etc., resulting in loss of user interests and complaints. In order to protect the rights and interests of the users, the MRT hardware card is forbidden to transfer. Only the original purchasers’MRT hardware card canbe upgraded, and the second-hand card with the transfer behavior cannot enjoy the preferential upgrade policy; if the provided MRT user name account does not match the MRT card number, the MRT has the right to lock the card.

4. Upgrade content and fees: MRT Pro (old double-layer two-port card) offlinefull version upgrade to MRT Ultra (five-port card) offlinefull version, hardware card upgrade fee is 1499usd *, need to pay to the MRT official account.

If the customer is in the hands of an offline repair version, you need to consult MRT sales.

5. After upgrading to the MRT Ultra hardware card, the original MRT Pro oldhardware card will be disabled and cannot be used anymore.
