The tenth MRT Training Session was held in Wuhan, China, on April 18. MRT users from all around China and even South Korea took part in this session. The session lasted for 5 days, aiming to help MRT customers learn to solve the problems about HDD repairing and data recovery with MRT tool. In addition, the newest methods to deal with the malfunctioning HDD were also discussed in the class.

               Mr. Shunxue Chen, the founder of MRT lab, explained HDD firmware in details, including WD, Seagate, Hitachi, Toshiba and Samsung HDD, and skills of using MRT products during the training session, . Common problems of these HDD and solutions about the malfunctioning HDD were displayed as well. In order to help better understand what was taught, Mr. Chen showed the practical operations for the MRT users in person, especially using heat swap, Seagate killing head, WD self test to repair HDD and some other specific operations.

               The session ended in April 22. It received positive feedback from the trainees. Training sessions, as a part of after-sales service, have brought great benefits to MRT users. MRT Lab will always stick to and perfect the after-sales service system so that more users can better grasp the skills of using the products. MRT Lab will hold more sessions in the future and will constantly make efforts to develop and optimize products to meet the customers’ demand!
